Lisa Montero began her career by assisting at a salon in Agoura Hills, but quickly found that she needed more challenges and inspiration. She soon found herself assisting celebrity stylists at Sally Hershberger in West Hollywood, where she fine-tuned her artistry in cutting, styling, and extensions. During this time, she had the opportunity to work on several photo-shoots and on-set projects.
